Connecting your Receptionist to Zapier

Integrate your receptionist seamlessly with Zapier to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency. With Zapier, you can connect your receptionist software to thousands of apps—such as Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and more—without any coding required.

We use Zapier to export data from our system to Zapier, which then forwards it to the required destination. Everything is exported after the call.

1. Where to find it?

We used to have My AI Front Desk readily available for anyone who wants to use it, but we are now on an invite system. First, scroll down to the second to the last option on your receptionist. You'll find After-Call Automations. Under it, you'll see three options and the middle one is your Zapier Integration.

2. Get your invite link

Your invite link should be in it and all you have to do is copy and paste that to your browser. We'll get to the API Key and Username in a minute.

3. Zapier Invite

You'll be routed to this area where you can confirm the invite and start building a Zap.

4. Start building your Zap

Click on Create and then New Zap to locate the My AI Front Desk on the trigger.

5. Add a Trigger

It will open up a new pop-up where you can look for My AI Front Desk.

6. Click on the Receptionist

7. Sign in to the receptionist

You have to sign up to the account first before you can create a trigger. Click on Sign In.

8. What information can you extract from the call?

Here is the sample of information that you can extract from your receptionist. You can also add the information collected by the Intake Form like email address, business names, or anything that you would like to be collected.

9. Add the API key and Username

It will lead you to this page. Go to the next step to find where these can be found.

10. Look for the sign in details

Copy the API key and Username from the Zapier Integration on your receptionist.

11. Fill in the information

Paste the API key and Username to Zapier and click Yes, Continue to My AI Front Desk.

12. Successfully Connected

You would know that it has successfully connected cause it would show up on the Account.

Important Note: This is one Zap. If you want to connect to another app, you can create another Zap.
